I am a Mindfulness-Based Approaches teacher, certified by The Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University and adhere to the Good Practice Guidelines  of The British Association of Mindfulness Based Approaches (BAMBA)

I offer Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) 8 week courses to the general public and health care settings.

During the coronavirus pandemic I am also offering online options to access mindfulness-based support.

 

Mindfulness is an intentional, present moment awareness of things as actually are.
We spend much of our lives in our heads, thinking about the past or the future, wishing things were different to how they actually are. This can make us feel low, worried and effect our physical or emotional health and well-being. Developing a mindfulness practice is a way of redressing the balance and can provide enormously helpful new ways of dealing with life's challenges.
