From the comfort of your own home via Zoom

  • 8 week course, delivered in 8 weekly online sessions

  • 2.5 hours per session

  • Whole day mindfulness retreat  (via Zoom), Saturday between Week 6 & 7

  • Course materials provided each week

  • Full audio guidance provided to enable home practice

  • Group forum to share experience of the course or to ask questions

  • Contact with Victoria throughout the course as needed

Whole day home retreat Saturday 16th January 11am till 4pm

Orientation session November 11th 12noon till 1.30pm then course begins: Wednesday 25th November, December 2nd, 9th, 16th, January 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th

Whole day retreat Saturday 16th January 11am till 4pm

Orientation session November 12th 9.30 am till 11am then course begins: Thursday 26th November, December 3rd, 10th, 17th, January 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th
