Details

  • 8 week course, delivered in 8 weekly online sessions

  • 2.5 hours per session

  • Whole day mindfulness retreat  (via Zoom), Saturday between Week 6 & 7

  • Course booklet given each week

  • Full audio guidance provided to enable home practice

  • Group forum to share experience of the course or to ask questions

  • Contact with Victoria throughout the course as needed

"Vicky is an excellent teacher. The time flew by and I looked forward to the following week. It was a haven during lockdown. I started to incorporate the principles into my daily life and felt the benefits almost immediately. I slept better, took more care of my diet and increased my exercise.
